A Visit with Santa ~ 2012

My cuties with Santa, after telling them their hearts' desires: a Lego Monster Fighter Castle for Ethan and a Dragon Castle for Noah. They are waiting with great excitement for Santa to deliver!

They love Santa and they were so happy to meet Santa's "representative" because, of course, THE Santa is very busy with time of year and cannot be at every mall! He's got things to do, ya know!

The Lights at Town Center

Every year we go down to Central Park, Town Center in Palm Coast to see the lights around the lake. This year, they added a fun train ride that the boys loved! They had a great time walking and dancing around the lake to the music while we looked at all the beautiful lights!

Nights of Lights with the Jones Family!

We hadn't seen our friends (Karl, Naomi, Anna and David) in awhile, so we were happy to be able to meet up with them,  have dinner at a new Pizza Place on St. George street and share in the Nights of Lights! We had a wonderful time, as usual! We love that family!

Getting some ice cream and goofing around!

Elf on the Shelf Gone Wild

Every year before, our elf has just sat on the counter moving occasionally,  acting chill. This year, he decided to step it up a notch and get a little wilder, a little crazier, a little more creative!

The Elf made an entrance in the boys' bathroom when they were outside. He was taking a marshmallow bath!

Leaving a note for the boys

Noah has struggled with being on "the good list".

Toy story time!

The elf can't resist candy!

I think this is a reminder for Noah. Be good or this is all you are getting in your stocking!

I guess he couldn't resist the doughnut and peppermint patty!

Hanging out with teddy in the play tent.

Decorating our Home for Christmas! 2012

It's a big job since we have so many decorations put up, but I love the result when we are done. And, I love that the boys are old enough to actually help now. They can take the ornaments out of the box, hang them up, place decorations around the house and box things back up. They are such great helpers and they have a blast doing it! Making memories like these are what life is all about!

Beautiful Flagler Beach

A local photographer posted some beautiful pictures of Flagler Beach. Yes, they are highly edited but I think it makes the pictures breathtaking! I couldn't resist copying them to my FB profile. The photographer did an amazing job taking the pics and editing to make them look so amazing!

Thanksgiving Break 2012

I am extremely grateful that I have the opportunity to substitute teach this year at Imagine. The staff is so kind and the children are all so wonderful! I really enjoy my time there. It also allows me to spend holiday school breaks with my boys, family & friends!
Here are a few pics of  my effort to keep the boys busy and entertained during the break:
